I offer a range of natural treatments in a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere - a place to unwind and feel relaxed.

I started on my path using natural therapies in 1995 when I trained to be a Reflexologist at St Mary’s University Strawberry Hill, Twickenham. I later decided to expand the treatments and trained in Massage, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage in 2000. Since then I have trained in Reiki and more recently the Facial Rejuvenation (Eastern face massage). This is a fairly new treatment which I am really enthusiastic about. I trained for this at the Middlesex School of complementary medicine. Over the years I have attended many workshops and short courses to keep myself up to date.

My qualifications in reflexology and massage treatments are recognised internationally by the Association of Reflexologists and ITEC.
